During 2007 Bate Brand Communications are undergoing some changes we feel will be of benefit to our clients and suppliers. We're investing in new ways to work smarter and harder so we can offer our clients a superior service experience.

A new office for smarter working

From May 2007 our design team have relocated to a purpose built, open plan design studio in Wallingford, near Oxford. We can be more responsive to our clients in this environment as we will be working more efficiently and cohesively as a team.

Improved telecoms,
offering you real customer service

We’ve recently appointed a telecommunications support service via a new cost effective 0845 603 6483 number. Normally you will be answered directly by one our graphic designers or business managers who can help you with your enquiry immediately.

At peak times or during staff training there may be occasions when all our lines are temporarily out of service. When this happens your call will be automatically transferred FREE OF CHARGE to our administrative support service to assist you or if you prefer, you can leave a message that will be instantly e-mailed to the person you want to reach so they can return your call as quickly as possible.

Testing is now complete and the system is working effectively but we’d like you to let us know what you think of the new service.

Brand new service - portraits.

A fully featured photographic studio facility is now available for hire. Ideal for portrait photography and small groups, the latest digital technology we use enables you to view your images on large format computer screens for your convenience. This means you can request and we can effect any re-touching requirements you may have right then and there, immediately after the photo-session.
